RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item:

  • Is unused
  • Has not been installed
  • Is in original condition
  • Is returned in original packaging

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Custom Products

Products with:

  • Custom vinyl
  • Personalized text
  • Special-order modifications

cannot be returned unless defective.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photographs of the damage and packaging
  • We will assess and arrange a replacement if applicable

REFUNDS

Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days

Incorrect Orders

If Alpha GS supplied the wrong product, we will cover replacement and shipping costs.

ALPHA GS WARRENTY POLICY

Effective Date: June 2026

At Alpha GS, every product is designed, tested, and manufactured with durability, performance, and craftsmanship in mind. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to supporting our customers should a manufacturing defect occur.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Alpha GS provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Alpha GS or an authorised Alpha GS retailer.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials
  • Structural defects resulting from workmanship
  • Premature failure under normal intended use
  • Defects present at the time of manufacture

If a product is found to be defective, Alpha GS will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product
  • Provide a replacement component
  • Issue a store credit where appropriate

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Motorcycle accidents or crashes
  • Impacts, falls, or tip-overs
  • Improper installation
  • Incorrect maintenance
  • Modifications or alterations after purchase
  • Exposure to chemicals, fuels, solvents, or cleaning products not intended for composite materials
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic scratches, chips, or surface marks
  • UV fading or weathering over time
  • Damage caused during transport after delivery

Because motorcycle accessories are used in demanding environments, cosmetic wear resulting from normal use is considered expected and is not covered under warranty.

Carbon Fibre Characteristics

Carbon fibre and forged carbon products may display slight variations in weave pattern, texture, surface appearance, and finish. These variations are inherent to the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

Each Alpha GS product is unique.

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us with:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Product description
  • Clear photographs of the issue
  • Description of how the issue occurred

Inspection Process

Alpha GS reserves the right to inspect any product before approving a warranty claim.

Customers may be required to:

  • Return the product for inspection
  • Provide additional photographs
  • Supply proof of purchase

If a warranty claim is approved, Alpha GS will provide instructions regarding repair, replacement, or reimbursement of shipping costs where applicable.

Shipping Costs

For approved warranty claims resulting from manufacturing defects, Alpha GS may cover reasonable shipping costs.

For rejected claims, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Limitation of Liability

Alpha GS shall not be liable for:

  • Motorcycle damage
  • Personal injury
  • Loss of use
  • Consequential or incidental damages
  • Costs associated with installation or removal

The maximum liability of Alpha GS shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
